Also, in (I think ) Columbia, having a passenger on a motorcycle has been banned, due to too many drive by shootings by motorcycle passengers. But, terrorism, that tops all.

Can't catch the real criminals because they are too dangerous! Now have to make up laws to capture people who are honery behaving!  Makes you lose all confidence in these types of cowardly/doofus enforcers!
