Have a few of their products out there. Main thing with their cylinders is cleanliness, and proper ring gap.

I have used RevPerf for cylinders, heads, pistons, etc., and was very happy with them as they stand behind their products.

Another happy customer of Revolution Performance.  Very "stand-up" shop and people in my experience.

Any issues with the Nikasil flaking or delaminating or has the process evolved enough to where this is no longer an issue? Cleanliness IS a priority and maybe that's what caused problems in the past. Read somewhere that there was a bubble in the plating and messed up the whole deal. Since these aren't using a cast iron liner do they disapate heat any better? Sealing problems with compression or oil passageways?

Somewhat related but this is way down the road. In learning more about the 124" build it seems that the case is bored so large that the bolt between the jugs has to be removed. Am I correct in my interpretation of this info and what does this due to structural case integrity? Building a bigger engine and removing a fastener seems counter intuitive in my book. I guess if there were engines blowing up from this there would be other options.

Thanks in advance.

Oh and thanks for your input Twolanerider. I see you had posted as I was submitting. I've been watching everyone of their videos and they do look like they know their stuff.

If Ernie misses this contact him directly.  He's had experience with their 124 build and suffered what was the common problem with head gaskets.  It's a problem they've reportedly long since resolved though.  No replacement for displacement (as long as it stays together).

As for problems with the Nikasil bores, I know there were many in the old days not only in the motorcycle industry but in certain automotive applications as well (BMW for one).  Hopefully the various issues have been resolved by now, but if they haven't I understand the RevPerf folks warrant the bores for life.  Of course I'd still want to see the full extent of that lifetime warranty, for instance does that just pay to replace the jugs or does it pay for labor and collateral damage as well?  Giving you a set of free jugs and letting you pay all the labor plus replace any parts affected by flaking material (like bearings) wouldn't be such a great deal.  In other words, I'd suggest getting full details before diving in.
