Have to remember to set the DVR later this week.  Just tried and D-TV doesn't have the schedule out that far yet.

I have watched the first 2 episodes. It is pretty good but I think they are a fake, made for tv M/C. That guy Gypsie, his wife is a cop.
The show is ok though. I will continue to watch it and see how things turn out.

Yea, IDK if I buy it. They're not an outlaw bike gang, but they're proud to be doing jobs for one of the HA leaders? Now Gipsy is starting his own new club....seems to be a biker soap opera.  But I'm still gonna watch it  :vrolijk_11:

I watched the first episode thinking it would be interesting but all they do is complain about everything. I gave the second episode another try but turned it off after 15 minutes. Instead of the laffing devils they should call theirselves the bitching devils. If the show is about a real mc, I can understand why Gipsy is leaving.

Another made-for-tv drama aimed at the biker community.  Similar to the OCC show.  So one of the guys quits the club and starts his own club.  Now they will pit the two clubs against each other for more drama.  Just like the OCC show.  I wonder if the participants in the show will start showing up at bike rallies, charging $20 for autographs?  Again, just like OCC.  It's sort of like H-D; as long as we keep buying this crap they will keep making it.  It's boring and predictable IMO.

Yep.......agree with that.

They must be getting compensated ok....otherwise, why would one want be totally embarrassed by playing "bad" in a scripted show like that?

For some reason I seen a couple of shows, its like a trainwreck, but i do feel it sucks  :o

Scripted and fake and the whole outlaw / weapons / repo for an "important biker guy" is really crap.

If there is a season two to this I am starting to watch reruns of Barney the dinosaur instead  :cucumber:

Have to agree with comical.  Another disfunctional group of people getting some cash out of a foreign film crew to add to the current list of reality TV.  This week they were letting in a new member to this "Biker Club" and the guy didn't even own or ride a bike.  How the heck does that work? JMHO

It is what it is  ;)  Anyone who rides a bike knows the numbers are increasing 4  old and new M/C  clubs

Good or bad, thats the way it is. And if you think there not gonna suck every dollar out of these shows ,your wrong
there is huge interest in M/C clubs  and motorcycles (period)   You have OCC you have full throttle jesse james
and then the shows I like best were the biker build-offs   Now they are takin it one step further by trying to show the M/C  culture and  how it works . I know most on this site just like to ride there bike and mind there own bussiness  :2vrolijk_21:  works for most  But there are guys out there that dont have a clue and want to join something they know nothing about .  AT least this show lets these guys see how much is expected from them
if they want to join a M/C    They better look up the word commitment or forget about it  8)

                                 Jus my thought

I think the show is good in that it shows how much time out of your life the MC takes and what is expected from both members and prospects (though this is the extremely tame version), and I'm sure there are a lot of people who enjoy that whole thing.

Their wives/girlfriends must be very understanding...in the last episode, the prospect was trying to take his wife out to dinner and got called out 15 minutes into the dinner "date".  That would go over like a turd in the punchbowl around my house...

Here is my question on that scene.  Did they drive seperatly?  Because he left her sitting at the table.  I would assume if this were a REAL date between a married couple they would have rode together, but that didn't seem the case I'm guessing everyone knew he was going to get called during dinner.  Oh, and he stuck her with the check to.   :'(

Good point, and I wondered about him leaving her as well.  The whole thing is staged, so they probably took seperate vehicles, or one of the crew members gave her a ride home.  She did not seem to be real happy with the situation, regardless.

But as you said earlier she was only about 1/3 as pissed off as a real wife would be.  If I left Susan at a resturant with no ride and paying the check I'd be living in Don's basement or at your house.   :huepfenlol2:

But as you said earlier she was only about 1/3 as pissed off as a real wife would be.  If I left Susan at a resturant with no ride and paying the check I'd be living in Don's basement or at your house.   :huepfenlol2:

Me too, buddy.  I've had three wives (on my third now), and all of them are/were good, reasonable women in their own ways, but none of them would put up long with what it takes to be in a MC.  It would take a special kind of lady...

Don't think Curt Sutter has anything to do with this show.  He has a new show out called "outlaw empires" about organized crime in all it's different variations.

You think the producers found a bunch of guys hanging out at a HD dealer and said "Look guys, we want to produce a show about an MC. We'll pay you a few bucks to look stupid on camera and we have some cuts out in the production van. You guys up for that?"  :huepfenlol2: What MC would give a guy a hang-around cut that they have never seen ride? He looked like one of the production crew that they used for an extra.  :nixweiss:

Now since last night was the final episode some of my thoughts...

Is this a real MC? Don't think so I think it's just another made for TV motorcycle show fictionally based. :nixweiss:

Would I watch it again? Taken in the context of I believe it's just "Hollywood" probably will.. I enjoy watching anything that deals with motorcycles whether it be documentary, drama, or comedy.

Anyone think it will be back on again?

he's been on that in about 1/2 the episodes

d00d and i were taking about the show the other day. seems like it cant be legit based on how quickly things seems to happen, but there is no way to determine how much time passes between each episode. with the exception of the finally after gipsy confronts the LDs at their club house we are told "three weeks later".

if this is all legit stuff then we saw 6-8 months of time compressed into about 5hrs of actually TV time.

If Gipsy had entered a REAL MC clubhouse swinging a bat and busting stuff, he would have left there tits up.  What a joke.  Looks like the producers are just trying to see how much chit people will take before they turn it off.  Click. ;)

I too thought that was rather comical. Once that steel door went down, he sure wouldn't have been pushing it back up afterwards himself.

Silly show, but in the absence of anything else except those bozos at OCC which I can't tolerate, I hope it comes back. Actually would rather see those Build Off's come back. Some of those were pretty good.

Just another show that insults the intelligence of motorcycle riders everywhere.  Its sad that this stereotyping is still allowed on TV.  If it were applied to any particular race or religion then we wouldn't stand for it.  Watching this kind of garbage is just adding fuel to the fires of discrimination. I love the way they toss the "brother" and love ya" words around then act as if they were going to kill each other.

Also love the way they try and tell you how badass they are. If they were truly badass, they wouldn't have to tell you they are...Just like it's the quiet dog that'll get ya.

Might as well have watched days of our lifes.

Some random thoughts:
Here is a MC that didn't have a pot to piss in and now they have a clubhouse and its looking nicer every week.
In a few short episodes they are expanding to the East side.
If it is a TV show the fight with Tank and a photographer if it was a real fight, would be a libility to the show.
The VP Scooter whatever his name is shows up to the drag races with his Caddy, is it his daddy's?  Can you believe he is a VP of a treehouse club?  Really....I mean Really
What do these guys do for money, the Car Washes must really be bringing in the dough now that they are on TV.
Oh one more how about the guy in the van that calls out the bikers and sits there waiting to get hit by Sandman...Really
*LOL
Yes I watch it....*L

Maybe that's the master strategy. Develop a show so farcical that real bikers can't help to watch to point out why it's a joke.

The little lady and I watched the first few episodes, she was done with it after episode #1.  As better shows were available on the DVR, I just cancelled and deleted the remaining episodes.

Bunch of Mangina's running around like a bunch of spoiled kids.  Just one dumb ass thing after another.

I can't imagine it would be back unless it's a super low production cost, or someone's pet project.
