I think you're right, Terry.  It took me a long, long time to warm up to these new ones, but I'm there now.  There will never, ever be a prettier bike than the B/B SEEG, IMO, but I hear what you're saying about the new ones being a more enjoyable ride.

I'll tell you what, it's a damn lot taller than the SEEG, though!  Feels like a heckuva lot more than an inch, too!  But the extra ground clearance in the curves will be welcome!

I know exactly how you feel Brian!  Traded my 04 SEEG for the same bike.  It's one of those happy/sad moments.  Congrats!

I looked through the camera pics last night and was gonna post some of those, too, but they were all about the same as the iPhone pics I started the thread with, so I passed not wanting to bore you guys.   Gonna be awhile yet before both bikes are together.  But I'll be all over the pics then!

Congrats on the new ride!  Too bad the SEEG had to go, a great bike, perfectly maintained.  You did pick the right color combo for sure, gotta love O/B.  Minimal mods? Ha!

Oh Noooooo, mr. bill.....say it ain't so.  My ole '04 huckleberry partner from the early days......gone to who knows where?  Congrats on the nice up-to-date scooter tho, really.. ..according to all that have make the more up, you'll love it (esp. with your taller legs)  I still can't believe that Terry enjoys that taller ride.  One of my 1st thoughts when looking at the pic of the new ride was:  wonder if they let him switch out the LED's and then in a later post saw that you did.  Good going.  They're great lights aren't they?  Who'll get your B/B?  Hope it's someone special, 'cause that was a choice scooter the way you'd set it up.  I'll be standing by like the others waiting for your attention to this one to begin.  And now 2LnRider's gonna split with his SEEG also.....ohhhhhh, no mr. bill........say it ain't so.  Who's next?  D00d?  Stu?  Ohhhhh nooooooo.  spyder

I'm sticking with my SEEG, got too much money in it to let it go!  Besides it still runs and rides the way I like it.  Also, I know I'd dump a lot more money into a new one anyway.

I'm not into cars so much any more and generally speaking, this has been a cheaper hobby.  At least that's what I keep tellin' myself!

Yep Jerry, working on Caterpillar equipment for 36 yrs gets in your blood. The only way I could be happier is if they had the metalflake in the Yellow like they did the Orange, but I am still tickled Yellow with my Yellow Jacket!
