Overheard a conversation at Folsom Harley yesterday that EPA is imposing a new regulation requiring motorcycle manufactures to develope "Tamper Proof" ECM's....  I did some Google searches and found some articles backing the claim but nothing on when and how...   I sent a note to Schroder with DTT and he said 'yup' it's going to happen but when is the big Question...    Anyone have any insight on this ?  M
