Went to Daytona Bike Week this year and was checking out the Softail Convertibles at the Harley display that was setup across the street from Rossmeyers HD. I met with a HD rep who introduced himself as the lead engineer for the FLSTSE team. I spoke with him for about ten to fifteen minutes and the two things I remember the most from our conversation is when I asked him if there was going to be a 2013 model. He said that he was sworn to secrecy. I asked him if he could at least give me a hint and he laughed and said that he wish he could, but he couldn't. Another thing he mentioned, that I should pass along, is that he and his team do read the CVO forum regularly. He said that they are very interested in what FLSTSE owner's had to say about their bikes. He also said Harley’s policy prohibited them from posting or replying to posts.
