I know just how you feel.  Nothing is finer than going out for a ride on an FXR.  Enjoy.

I know the feeling. I only have one ride ((used)a 2000 FXR4 that is highly modified. Years ago I had a new 89 FXR-SP that I loved. I also had a big bore stroker but kept the FXR but had to sell it later. (hated that) Currently I can only afford one ride but what a ride it is. My opinion is that the bike rides great, EVO motors are more dependable than TC, motors sound beter. I upgraded mine. A Whole Lot! but is still dependable dialy rider that is ridden cross country. Put over 45k miles in just over three years! Not a lot but enough considering I only ride six months out of the year. Details on my bike is listed here in this forum. Do you have a photo of your FXR ?
Thanks,

I here ya Tank, In the proses of getting my tires put on we found some one had lowered the front end, so adding pvc to get more preload it only had about 1/2" would like to have at least 2" also no fluid in right leg, so adding new seals and 10oz of fork oil, it has a crane hi 4 Ignition hoping they are reliable ? man this thing runs good its my first FXR, I have had 3 evo's 1994 heritage, 1997 road king, 1996 sportster, then went to twin cams, but man this FXR is fast, will smoke my 2009 110 SERG, ( cables they sure hook up better ) ya I was checking yours out nice ride !!!  Ill post some pic's this week.

PS Also removed fork brace

Nice Bike! Just bought a New old stock Thunderstar 19" wheel 43977-00. That will work with the 00-03 Dyna
wheel and brakes. Will be after Christmas before it will be installed. Then it will be finnished???
Thanks
