Anyone tried the new Ball Room jeans from Duluth Trading Co?
« on: November 14, 2012, 10:09:17 AM »

I saw a comercial for these the other day and I laughed my Balls off.  Just wondering if anyone has tried them out? I highly recommend watching the video.

I can't testify to the jeans  :'(, but I have bought multiple clothing items from this company and they are straight up.., the quality of their clothing is unmatched by other manufacture's.  Big "10" in my book.   :2vrolijk_21:

They're not new - I bought a pair a couple of years ago.  They are fairly comfortable, but not particularly stylish (think farm hand).  I do like their "buck naked" underwear, though.

Duluth makes good stuff.  This concept is not new though.  Take a look at Diamond Gusset jeans...it's all I wear anymore.  100% made in the USA from dirt to shelf.

"BallRoom Jeans" are well made, but I agree with the style issue and they are NOT made in the USA.

I give a strong second to the Diamond Gusset Jeans.     http://www.gussetclothing.com
Made in the USA from USA materials.
VERY stylish, especially from a biker's point of view.
Fit is right on the mark.
Price is very reasonable.
Their belts are very strong.

Best buy out there for everything they sell.

i've got a pair of the jeans and also a pair of the firehose work pants.  fit is right on, very comfortable, and as far as style, aren't we bikers?  who cares about style?  i mean, c'mon, they're jeans.

with the firehose work pants, they have an absolute guarantee.  if they ever rip, shred, tear, etc. they will replace them free.

Made in the USA.

If you have a choice, buy Made in the USA Diamond Gusset Jeans.

They even have jeans with Kevlar reinforced seat and knees for 'just-in-case'

I have a pair of those too, and wear them 90% of the time when I can't wear leather chaps, and sometimes when I can, just to protect my azz...literally.  I have been wearing Diamond Gusset jeans in both black, denim, and the kevlar version since '06.  9 times out of 10 they are the only jeans I wear, whether on the bike or not...much more comfortable than any jeans I've ever owned, and durable too.

Duluth Trading Co. is just starting to advertise on TV. Saw an ad recently for their extra long tail T-shirts. Makes sense to me, to hide the crack when you bend over.  They must be branching out. I've stopped in their store in Duluth and it's the real thing.

while the 'stock' ballroom jeans are not usa made, they do have some that are.

http://www.duluthtrading.com/store/mens/mens-pants/18104.aspx

with the price to go along with it.....  but sometimes you can catch them on sale.  i just got an email for $20.00 off these.
