Sorry for bringing up an old topic guys and gals. I like the looks of the tank lift and have thought about doing it but I have a few questions for anybody who has done this. Does the lifted tank affect fuel capacity and how accurite is the fuel gauge after the lift? Also do you need to extend any fuel lines or wires? Thanks all!!

The fuel capacity is almost unchanged if u also lift the back.  Only had to extend the fuel line

On my bike i have lost about 1 litre of capacity and my fuel gauge reads lower than what my real fuel level is
Not a problem as i just keep an eye on my speedo for klms travelled
Worth it for the different feel the bike has (all in my head but makes me happy)

Thanks for the info Craig!! Did you lift the front and back, or just the front?
