I had an 2011 ultra limited then bought a 2012 CVO Maple Road Glide. For me the Road Glide handles better than the Limited, at first I was not to crazy about the looks off the shark nose fairing but after riding the Road Glide I would not switch back to a bat wing. I did change out the windshield because of buffeting now it is good.
They are both good bikes  and each to there own, the bat wing fairing does look better and has better wind protection but the ride is different it is better on a Road Glide.

I have a 2011 CVO SG and a 2013 CVO RG. Ride then both equally. I get much better wind protection on the SG. Tend to get some buffeting on the RG. Can't say which bike I like better. Can say the RG is better in the twisties. Can't go wrong with either bike IMO.
