HIshaggy, thanks for the pic, I really appreciate it.  Do you know if I can buy that same black tall back rest bar without the pad?  or does it come with the pad and i just swap them out with the 3 screws?

Dropped $180 on the tall black backrest bar today and transferred mahogany brown pad from shorty over to it.  That should make my girl happy until I can get a chopped tourpak with attached back pads.

  thanks for the help it looks like the short one might be a little hard to get tour bag secure. what you guys think ? also wonder if they make it with a rack combo?
note = I still like the tour bag untie it and throw in the room DONE lets cruise

That's the other reason I wanted the taller backrest besides more lean back comfort for the lady, was to allow a bag like my Tourmaster one to slide over and be more secure.  I'll post a pic tonight.
