Per the manual fuses are OK but today they stopped working. Any obvious thing to look at or just have them replaced under warranty? Why did it have to happen the day before a poker run and it's going to be a bit cool leaving at 7:30 am.

I am having issues with my grips also, and having trouble locating the second fuse. Where exactly are the two fuses you are referring to?

In the fuse box check the main and hand grip fuse. Both of mine were OK and the left grip was bad. What a pain in the butt for the dealer to install a new one.

You may all ready know this but just in case

When it states an in-line fuse, the fuse may look like a length of wire, not a two prong fuse
the wire it's self is the fuse

The newer ones, since throttle by wire, seem to be holding up better for some reason.  The '06/'07 bikes were the ones you could just about count on going bad.

The stock ones on my '12 cuse7 work very well - can't turn 'em up all the way even in sub-freezing temps.  Much hotter than the Heat Demons on my '07 cuse2 and the Demons are much better than the stock ones were on the '07.  So yeah, the moco seems to have made some improvements.

And whats up with those heated seats?  The ones in my Buick SUV will chap your azz even on low after a while and the ones on both my H-Ds get too warm even on low after a while.  Guess they aren't meant to be on for all that long - just get the chill off.  Trouble the chill returns when on the motor in cold weather.   ::)

My grips went bad on my 08.  Started of just being intermintant.  In the end, the right grip came apart where the chrome out part of the grip glues up to the core which caused the outer grip to spin and finally completely broke the wires.
