This is right off of ICBC's website:

How much do personalized plates cost?

There is a one-time application fee of $100 and an annual fee of $40 to maintain the rights to the slogan and the use of the plates.

If your plates are damaged, lost or stolen, you’ll have to pay an $18 fee for temporary regular plates while your personalized plates are remade.

...so, most of you don't get gouged as badly as us in BC (Bring Cash).

Here on the Island, our season doesn't end quite that early (some years, I've ridden all year), but, no prorating.

My only concern is that it might slow me down with all the wind it'll catch!.....and finding a frame to fit.

Not sure....I think it was just the one time $76 fee.

it used to be $100 one time.. now its $25/year for the duration of the plate series.

kuryakyn side mount does, cycle visions doesn't as it attaches via the axle

How does it attach to axle ?Do you take off the axle bolt and slide it behind?
