'd00d,

Not only will he need the red plug wires, he will also need the red LED's, and if they still make them the red line tires. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Don - that really looks great.  Can't wait to see the entire package.

Jerry
Can you imagine the eBay add he would write for his bike if ever decided to sell it. We could also use the pictures you've made to "point" out all the additions. [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]

People would complain to eBay about it being a fraudulent listing because he described it as a Cherry 2005 SEEG, and it will look like a Cobalt Blue 2004 SEEG after all the arrows. [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif]

......

D00d, when the parts ordered from SUMAX I actually did not get their fancy wiz-bang low resistance red plug wires.

Don;
Those look really good, Must be a big tease just having them and not the rest of the parts,

(Kind of like running out of $ bills at the strip club before it all comes off [smiley=oops.gif])

At least you going to [smiley=pimp.gif] them out too, can't have them just being plain ole stock ones. ;D

Gary, that actually was a simple choice.  The tank will be off anyway.  The wires are better.  They're a pain in the ass to change otherwise.  So just do it why the tank is off  [smiley=nixweiss.gif] .

Amen Jim, amen.  Found that little box from Diamond Heads just left outside by UPS earlier and felt so needy; needy of the rest of my stuff!  Hopefully it won't be too bad though.  Parts in Zippers hands tomorrow or the next day.  A couple weeks there is what they are saying.  Then a few days back to me.  I might even have them in hand before MV for more pictures.  Not any real chance of having stuff enough before the trip for installation though.  That's ok.  Just something to look forward to when I get back.

Tell me about it. >:( I have an orange pair that I bought, thinking it would be a simple change like on my Fatboy. NOT!!! Still have them in the box and will get around to it eventually.

If you've got long skinny fingers you can do it with just jacking up the ass end of the tank.  Or at least so I've been told.  My hands apparently aren't long and skinny as I've never able to do it that way.  Easier to just raise the tank and do it right.  If you've a helper you can, however, raise the tank without unhooking the fuel line up front.

If you don't actually have the stuff on the bike, wrap one of those bridges up in bubble wrap or something and stick it in a saddlebag for the trip.

That leaves me out. :o :-[ Will remember the "helper" thing, and I've also been told that you could use a board/block of wood to hold it up also. However that would probably need the long skinny fingers to make that work. [smiley=nixweiss.gif]
