Its Easy, buy a lowering kit. Plenty of them on the market.
The Progressive Monotube kit is the best bet.
Do not do more than a 1" drop!

i'm aware of the monotube system and i understand it is the best but i was looking for a drop in kit instead of removing and replacing the whole insides of the front end also it is very expensive to only gain a 1/2" lower at the seat

mono tubes msrp for 400, you can find them for much less. not a bad price for a suspension upgrade.

i did the swap myself, only needed on special socket to get the fork caps off you can read up on my work here

what is the difference between a cvo front end a regular street glide front end? also if i do the 1" drop in the front how much difference do you think it will reduce seat height?

The rear of your bike is already lowered approximately 1" compared to a regular Touring model (12" shocks versus 13" shocks).  You can safely lower the front end the same amount, 1".  NEVER lower the front more than the rear, as it changes the front end geometry and reduces stability.

You might gain 1/2" in seat height reduction at best.  If you need more than that, I'd recommend looking for a different seat and a pair of thicker soled riding boots versus lowering the suspension any further.  Screwing up the ground clearance and handling just to get your feet flat on the ground is not a good tradeoff IMHO.
