I got a few lit up about this one...I don't think it's really a big deal.  I needed one on my 04.   So I put it on.  Took about 20 mins and about a hundred bucks.  Look at what we have in tenses bikes.  What's an extra hundred dollars if you put one on and take the stress off that line when you trpurn the bars all the way.   I'd be kicking my own a$$ if it went all back together and it was too taught.  I know me,,, I can put a longer one and if it makes Me happy,,, so what. So guess what,,  I'm gonna order one 4" longer.  Why?. Because I want to.  And I can swing it.    And it will make Me happy when the new bars go on.  So there.  ;D.    I'm gonna leave the stock inner primary on,, so that will offset the cost of the new clutch cable.   See?  I even saved $$. Im trading off.   :2vrolijk_21:

Ok guys, just to get this right, I don't need an extended clutch cable for my '12' SESG for my just ordered 575's? Many on HD Forum say +2 or +4. My dealership said they needed to know length before ordering Magnum cable but Mag had me call Twin City Harley and service manager told me +2 on 65" cable.

I installed 575's on my 08 and needed +4 on the clutch, on my FLHXSE3 I didn't change any lines, just rerouted the clutch line and it was still tight.  Go with +2 or +4 and have peace of mind.  Bleeding the line is a PITA!
