« on: March 06, 2013, 05:06:55 AM »

It has been occurring for seventy-two years now and marks the beginning of the riding season for so many of us.  Throughout the years it has seen many changes but one thing has not changed!

Daytona Bike Week = FUN!

Ladies and Gentlemen…

You will be pleased to know that Bruce Rossmeyer’s Harley-Davidson is preparing to offer you over 35,000 T-Shirts!  All of these in an attempt to obtain their share of your wallet while you are here!  Of course if you prefer they will have a fine selection of over-priced motorcycles to choose from also with convenient financing terms too!

There will be a number of vendors in this otherwise vacant parking lot awaiting your arrival too!  Many of them will be paying thousands of dollars to be there in the hopes of starting their season BIG!  Will you assist them?

There may even be an event of two under the Bruce Rossmeyer Pavilion for your entertainment!  Who could it be?  What will it be?  Some of the past performers were – Budweiser Clydesdales, Bike Show, Kid Rock and others.

Don’t forget there is a new spot!  Some many call it a G-Spot!  Mmmm…G-Spot!  They had a cool location in Myrtle Beach at one time with some G-Spot action too!  To what am I referring to…The Beaver Bar!

Wonder if they will have any of that $2 beer when Bike Week starts…

The Iron Horse Saloon has just a few ponies at the stable currently.  However this barn will be bursting at the seams in days and Katie bar the door!

Not only will Katie need to bar the door but Annie will need to get her gun!

The Witches of Eastwick will be pleased to see you again too!  I would recommend staying away from the beverage they call the Tittie Brew!  I understand they use “real” milk!

Speaking of witches or even perhaps the b version of the word…If you made it all the way down here and forgot your leather you have options!  Either one of them will serve the purpose.  As a matter of fact, a dual purpose!

Now if you cross over to Beach Street you can get a good look at the museum prior to the crowds!  You can even rent a bike!

Soon the Motor Company will be utilizing this field to display their fine line of products.  Here you can see, touch and drool over the new additions you will want to add as a result of this visit.  And that’s just the fine young female models they will have welcoming you to the exhibit.  Inside you will see their products.

At one time this place was an automobile dealership but now….In addition there were vendors here too in past years.  However it would appear that this will not be the case this year.

Aren’t we taking this women’s lib thing a little too far?  Don’t get me wrong, I love seeing women on their own rides!  Besides its good practice for other things that can be rode!  But ROAR?

Really – Old – And Repulsive

I was thinking more like HOT!

Horry – On – Tires
