That's my issue in a nutshell. Just doesn't make sense...

I have the same bike. I changed out the breather, added the power commander, the Zippers 575 cam, and rinehart slipons on the stock headpipe, and a good tune and I think I was at 94HP and 109 torque. ( i dont have the sheet handy). I always wondered if a little headwork and a bit more compression would be worthwhile?

I spoke with the Service Manager at the dealership where my tune was done. He agreed that it doesnt sound right. Said he would run it on the drum and check it out for me. He also asked me to bring the bike on a cool, cloudless day for the best results? Sounds fishy to me,....

Not fishy at all, he is just trying to give the dyno the benefit of the doubt.
