daymaker headlights are way overblown and way over priced.if you want much better light, get hids.i got mine for about $110 shipped.they come with lifetime warranty and they are brighter than daymakers.my buddy had hids and went to daymakers,he said hids were brighter but daymakers looked better.the headlights are hids and the fog lamps are halogen.compare how much brighter the hids are to the halogen fog lamps.daymakers are $699 plus tax plus install,which is about $900 for 2 headlights,NOT.

I think your opinion of the Daymakers shines through bright and clear with your post.
I like the Daymakers in my 12 SERGC and  even considered the HID's but waited for the Daymakers.
I like the light from mine and also have Daymakers in my 11.5 SEUC.

And to get back on topic, the Maple is a beautiful bike.

The daymakers are only 559.00 if you buy from any of the 20 off dealers and putting them in takes all of 30 minutes , its a do it yourself easy install. They are pretty much plug and play . Still high I agree but I think they really look good on the bike and Im sticking with them.

Heres some mods I added last night------------more on the way , just waiting on parts
first one is "daymakers " installed in the fairing------------

mid frame air deflectors and edge cut shift linkage:

black engine guard , and edge cut brake pedal(dont have shifter yet but maybe next week)

edge cut mirrors and asphalt grips:

black sissy bar with matching mahogany backrest pad ( for my BSR when necessary)

Still waiting on  lowers, stereo stuff, edge cut shifter , and couple handlebar parts. Gonna use the stock 1.25" bars from a 2013 fltrxse2 when I get the clamps.
