Got the new scooter yesterday, after the first ride the wife wasn't happy with the location of the backrest, sat her to close to me. I tried to move it back but found it wouldn't move back but would move forward. I was wondering if the AMP under the Tour Pak has to be moved to pull it back or is it already in the rear most position. Anyone out there with a 2013 tried to move their's back?

I also purchased a George's relocation bracket from TourPaks. The discription is "Relocator for the 2009-2013 FLH Series/Screamin Eagle Tour-Pak®". It is first class. The link is

I went with Kuryakyn Quick Adjust Tour-Pak part no. 8973. Works great and it provides 1" forward or 3" back from stock location. I don't even notice my wife is back there.

I used the Kuryakan adjustable kit, just got back from a 2,400 mile trip and the bsr loves the extra room. If she is happy my trip is a much happier trip

another one that used George Anderson. Simple plate with multiple choices for set back and easy to instal. First class fit and finish.

George Anderson! javascript:void(0); I installed on my CUSE4 originally & moved it to my new CUSE8. Before I moved it, I called George to see if it would fit on the CUSE8, and he told me absolutely, that there was no need for me to buy another one. He's a class act! Also, very easy to install - I had no problem installing by myself in about 20 minutes, although it would be helpful to have someone nearby to hang onto the unattached tourpak while you are installing the relocater.

Ordered one from Anderson. Put in the order last Sunday afternoon and had it in my hands Wed, AWESOME!!!! Took about a half hour to install.

Another very happy George Anderson Tourpak Relocator customer here. Super easy to install, under an hour. Happier better half, less helmet clacking between us - needed that few inches of space! Highly recommend it.

Despite parting with cash at a faster rate than ever, I am enjoying this website...

You need to post instructions.......I haven't had any luck with anything less than 2 1/4.

G.A. ships it quick, has simple instructions and is a high quality product. Could not have asked for anything better. Took 30 minutes to install.

Didn't notice any handling difference with the tour pak moved back. It's a really great product and make a huge improvement for my bsr and me.

I've noticed after adding the George Anderson plate and moving the tour pac back as far as possible and carrying a twenty pound bag of dog food it did make the bike feel different. I thought it would wheelie easy with it moved back and extra weight, so I tried... nope about the same. It did feel different, but could not make it actually change in handling much. Yes I love bringing the front up!

A nice bump in the road and a good second gear shift and I can bring her up to the exhaust pipe in the rear. I wish I could get some pictures of that. The Yamaha rider's look on his face one day was probably better than the bike up picture. Oh, yeah the skateboarders near my house also had that same look once. My wife says don't do that with me on it! These are awesome machines, can't wait to upgrade the camshafts. Here I go changing the post...

I like the idea of the kuryakyn being able to adjust it. It says on their web site that it won't fit with the amp. Has anyone done it with out relocating the amp? If so do they have any pictures with the amp still on there and the adjusting rack. Thought the handles might hit the amp connector.

I had the Kuryakyn kit on my 2004 Ultra Classic with the Harley add on amp. Originally the amp was mounted to the tour pack with 4 bolts. When I installed the relocation kit I simple moved the trunk back and the amp forward and remounted the amp just using two bolts. It worked great for 80,000 miles and the 8 years that I had the bike. I know Kuryakyn says it will not work but it will.

Bolted the amp to the bottom of the plate. Leaving for Sturgis in the AM wife not going so I slid tour pack back up to factory position, works great

installed kuryakyn kit last night - 1 hour - works great 2010 cvo ultra - the levers rotate soe that they can be opened and closed without hitting anything but it is close

took for a quick ride no virations
