'Melon down in MV

All the folks attending the Eastern CVO gathering in Maggie Valley and many of you know that we had a little crash on the ride back from Dillard, GA, on Wednesday.

Further proof that all it takes is one otherwise insignificant factor and, bam!

Glad everybody's OK.

Jerry,

Glad to hear you are both OK!!!  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif] [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif] [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

The picture really tells a story. You don't even have to see their faces to know there's concern and caring. What a great bunch of people!

Hope you get the scoot fixed up real soon and are smiling in the wind again. Your comment about wearing the riding gear brought back a mantra I recently heard and adopted.... while dressing for the ride, be sure to dress for the crash. Few words but a LOT of wisdom. Thanks for the reinforcement.

Glad to hear you two are doing well, but sorry you had the mishap. Your lesson on being dressed for the crash is very valuable, and as others have said paint and chrome are much easier to replace than skin.

Take Care!

Good to hear you are home safe and so glad your injuries were minor.

Thank you as well for yet another reminder of why we all should be prepared at whenever we mount up.
