Ownersmanual

My past 2 CVO's had a owners manual that detailed the differences from it's non CVO brothers.  My latest doesn't have that it's simply the Touring model OM. Is this another cost savings move by mother Harley or a mistake by the dealer?

SEUC8 owners manual should be part number 99738-13.  The standard touring bike owners manual is 99466-13.  Tell the dealer to give you the correct book.

Is the CVO manual a full manual, or a supplement?

The CVO Owner's Manual is a full manual.  The CVO Service Manual is a supplemental manual that only covers the items different than the regular bikes.  So in the case of the shop manuals you need both the regular manual and the supplement for a CVO.  There is also a CVO Parts Manual if you're interested.

I looked in my SEUC 2013 Owners Manual to see if I could find the torque value for the Exhaust Flange Bolts but couldn't find it.
It wasn't in the service manual either.
Anybody know what the torque is???
