Stayed one night at the Franklin back in 1995 on our way back through from our Canada/BC/Alberta trip.  While there has been lots of changes....still looks the same from the outside.

There may be a reason why the FTS was packed and the Chip wasn't....$10 bucks/day to get into the FTS while the Chip varied but was as high at $73/person on Tuesday and got down to $40 by Friday....ain't nothing in there worth paying that much money for.  Can see most of what you see (whether you want to or not) for free outside.
