And we are there.  Interesting about the little outpost at the loop road.  Their well went dry and were asking for donations for "free" beer and snacks.  Felt sorry for them as I remember when this little spot was a hopping joint....hope they made lots of money during the rally week.

Buzz really had a good time with us....we kept him and Connie laughing...

How in the world did that Heritage get in with the CVO's.... :huepfenlol2:

Buzz and Connie's ride for the week.  He has a Heritage Springer and it's featured on the Boss Bags website.  He ordered one of the first sets for his model bike and they asked if they could place it on their site....

And here we all are on the Hisega Lodge steps.  I didn't post anymore Hulett pics as I wasn't that impressed this time.  Don't know what I was expecting but wasn't near what it was the last time I was out....much more subdued.

This was on Friday before Connie and Buzz hopped in their Toyota and headed back to Ontario.  Buzz, Connie, Carol, Vickie, me and Rick.  I told Buzz and Connie they would be famous when I put them on the CVOHarley site.... ;D

The lady in the middle is Carol, one of the inn owners.  Super sweet lady.  She gave up an executive level position to slow down and enjoy life a bit.  She made the stay feel just like home and thanks to her, Kenn and her staff for that.

Friday was rest day before our blast back home.  Ran to Black Hills HD again and to the Indian demo tent.  As posted in another thread, rode the Cheiftan and liked it.

And our home for the week..

Enjoyed Sturgis this year.  The area is one of those places that most have either visited or have on their list to visit.  Whether during the rally or not, it's beautiful country and well worth the trip.

Great photos Howard/Vickie. Enjoyed seeing the landscape on your ride. Sturgis sure is a going concern lots of hustle and bustle great pics :2vrolijk_21:

The place you guys were staying at looked real nice. It must of had a real log cabin smell and atmosphere to it.

It was clear to see you all were having fun. Howard by the way the little gray gives ya pizazz mate ;)

Thanks for sharing
