2006 Tank emblem location

The paint looks GREAT, but I believe 2 different people put the emblems on. Look at the next couple pics and you'll see what I mean. The last pic is the original location. Could some of you post your pics so I have a good idea where to tell the tech where to put them (No, Not there).  Wrongway

Left side is lower and forward compared to right side.

WW...I'll have to look at mine, but I'm almost positive that the "Harley Davidson" script should be level when the bike is sitting normally.

Thanks guys,
 It's looks like the D and N in Davidson flows with the pinstripe. The right side sure does look bad. Got a call from the dealer today and the claim for new emblems was accepted and are on order. Wrongway
