Dood, please don't tell me that you also remove your fairing just to wax the inside of it

I can't believe that.  Don't you take your bags off when you wash/detail? I have my wife wax the back AND the bottom every time. Makes the bike go faster.[smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]

Of course I take them off, just giving Chip the business. ;)

Wait a minute; my wife doesn't wax them for me though. :(

Man and people say I hijack threads. Balderdash I say, pure balderdash.

Anyway, Y'all pickin on the wrong folks about who's the most - - - - - -  uh- - ahh --  err - - ummmm-- - - anal about cleaning their bike. Seeing as how the only cleaning Los Dragon got was 4 and 1/2 minutes at the coin operated car wash in Maggie Valley, I had plenty of time to observe and none of you have mentioned my # 1 choice.

Speaking of rubber cushions.  This reminded of something Grover had done.  Saw it at MV and was just too good of an idea not to steal (and share).  Hit Wal Mart or the Home Center or hardware store and get some of those small stick on rubber feet pads.  Put one on each corner of your saddlebags.  Then you can set them on any surface and not worry about scuffing the bottom of the bags.

I'm thinking Otis, Grover, 103tHunDer, Reo, or BigDaddy? Would any of them be whom you're thinking of?
