I finally took the bike to the HD dealer because of my radio cutting out intermittently.  I found a few things that may have been the issue such as the CB and weather band being on along with the antennas not installed in their correct position but alas no cigar.  It's in their ballpark now so I hope they hit a home run on this one.

I use the CB a lot in the club I ride with and if your CB is on and your squelch is set on a low setting it will cut the radio out for the transmission. Don’t know if you can turn off weather Band, but if your HD dealership is able to turn off weather band I would like to know. My radio jumps to weather band for no reason at all and I have to  manually switch back to radio. My 16 and 19 CVO Ultra never did that, my 20 CVO Ultra dose and my dealership doesn’t know how to stop that happening.

I got a call from the HD dealership today that my bike was ready for pickup.  He stated that they think I had nav software that had been corrupted somehow from an upload or download and kept interrupting the radio to "give direction".  He said they were able to remove or erase it. Pretty wild, but I guess when it comes to software and computers anything is possible.  I'm happy they didn't have to tear the bike apart to try to find the problem.

He has a stand we can static balance it on.  No vibration or bounce up to 110.

I hit 50K miles in pulling up and out of my driveway yesterday on the 2019 CVO RG.  In the 30 months since I bought it new, I spent 2 months in the hospital.  Before that I was hit by a woman on a cell and bike spent 2 months in shop.  So, those miles are in 26 months.

Sorry I didn't respond earlier to your question regarding shutting off the weather bands.  Yes, you can shut it off.  I looked in the infotainment owner's manual and it does show you how to shut it off.  I too noticed on at least one occasion (prior to my shutting it off) when the radio display did revert to the weather band display.

Loading the 19 CVO road Glide for a little trip.  Heading up to NH for a few days, then to Front Royal for my wife's WITW annual meeting.  Hopefully a fun 11 days.

I sprayed PB Blaster on the rusty bolts holding on the factory slip-ons.  Hopefully I'll get the Cobra 909 pipes delivered on Friday for a quick install.
