Had to look it up. Is it legal in all states? How much?

They are legal in all 50 states so long as the flashing is disabled at dusk.  Unit comes with a light sensor.
Price depends on model.  Here is their link.

This is going to open a can of worms (Oil Thread?).  I have a strong resistance to headlight modulators.  Have heard of too many instances when a driver, at a quick glance, thought the rider was flashing to say "go ahead".

Can have the same effect with flashing rear lights.  I have a Bright Ass Light on the "flash 5 fast one time" setting. But, I was behind a GW withing blinking rear lights and integrated turn signal/brake lights.  Couldn't tell what the heck he was going to do when he had on both brakes and turn.

It's been hitting 50+ here in St. Louis, but they just sprayed the chemicals all over the roads in case it snowed. Ughhhhh!!!  I may ride tomorrow anyway, but man do I hate that crap on the roads.

You are just down I64 from me, so hopefully that warmer air makes it my way.  I agree, the junk on the road is not cool at all.  How is that new bike doing?  It sure is pretty...

Took her for a ride today as it was close to 60 degrees today in St. Louis. :) Unfortunately, upon return I noticed a small dime size drop of coolant on my garage floor, so looks like I'm suffering the thermostat leak issue. Can't tell because the CVO has the cover over the pump and thermostat. I tried to take it off, but I'm not sure how. Anyone know how to take the cover off to see the pump and thermostat?

Rode 150 miles today of that 35 miles was up at 8000-9000 ft.  Ice, snow and 34 deg.  had to go slow but was nice at the lower elevations.  Colorado is the best!

Rode to four shops/stores looking for a communications cable for the comm unit.  Ended up buying a new HD communications unit, but the intercom is still not working right.  (Posted in the appropriate string.)

Still, it was a beautiful 65 dg day for riding here in San Jose, CA.  NICE!!!!  :coolblue:
