rode back from 2k's in NC - 400 miles, 1100+ miles since Tuesday on a CVOBO with a backpack. Anyone wondering if you can survive a long trip on a CVOBO, the answer is a resounding 'YES'.

Great pic what did you use to make it?

Put mine under a cover and on a battery charger for a 3 month storage until I get back home.

Put the covers on the bikes in their new room off the garage in the new house and tarped off the doorway so the contractor can use the garage as a shop to finish the renos on the new house while I'm at work for two weeks..

Talked with Frank Dragos about the new pipe I have ordered; Their chromer is having an issue with their polishing process so all the chrome pipes are delayed...
Frustrating as I can't wait to install the Dragula! The FatCat makes good power and its beautiful but..DANG! it's loud! Hoping the Drago will be more pleasing to these tired ears. In the mean time, before leaving for work today, I had to go out to the garage and just admire the silly thing. :apple:
I love this bike!

Franks pipe has plenty of bark but it's a bit mellower then the fatcat imo. I've run both.

Today I received the extended clutch and brake hoses (+4" that I may not need).
So tomorrow I'll start the 575 chubby install.
Wish me luck!
I'll post some pics when I make some progress

Picked up the bike from the dealer after the HD premium dual cartridge install. Right away I noticed that the brake dive is much reduced and the front end does have a stiffer and more planted feeling, no lack of feedback from these at all. I need to take it easy until the new rear tire gets a few miles on it - just my habit, might not be needed but it's the way I've always done it - Later this weekend we have a nice long ride planned and after that I will have a better idea of just how much improvement has been made. At this point it seems to me like it's a definite improvement.
