If that's the real cause, then I'd suggest that setting should be OFF by default in the software from Harley and leave it up to those who want that feature to turn it on. Much smarter approach than to do it the other way and make people think there is something else wrong with their new infotainment system.

I agree, totally. For one, it is a mystery problem. The first thing is you wonder what the heck is happening. Sounds like the radio is just cutting out
Once one figures it is the WB kicking in then you have to figure out how to turn it off. Gook luck finding it in the manual...
I played with the radio to figure it out again so I could post instructions here.
Home Screen
Select Tuner / WB presents with menu of WB stations.
Use the Joystick on RT to select the menu bar at the top to turn off.
Not very intuitive. Thought it would be some sort of setting in "Setup", but hides itself there right in the WB screen at the top.
Bro's Limited had the same issue. Drove him nuts - thought it was his MP3 player....
