Terry,  Renea and I are sending huge Greyhound vibes for Shug.  He's a great boy, and he has an awesome family.  If you guys need anything, just give us a call.

And as for the new pupz, I imagine you and Suzanne have your hands full trying to keep up with them.  It's been awhile since we've heard the sound of puppy paws scampering around the house...............and then the sound of yellow water rapids pooling on the floor  ;D ..............but puppies are such a joy.  Enjoy 'em.  You guys are always in our thoughts.

Terry and Suzanne,
I am so sorry to hear about Shug, You guys are doing a great job taking care of Shug.
I truly hope Shug pulls through I myself am still trying really hard to bring my Bobbie back I know what you are talking about in the eyes for a minute lasr night I saw the old Bobbie looking at Dave wanting his cereal bowl Dave gave him hte last few drops he like it and he is drinking on his own now and he has also ate some of his food I am doing the baby food most of the time though. I am pulling for Shug and I know some people don't think animals should be prayed for but I sure do so I  will pray for Shug also. I can hardly believe all the sick animals but I guess it is becasuse we have such a large family so more to worry over.

Thanks Henry/Helen...hope to hear some good news today from the vet about Shug.  My niece is working there today, so he'll be in good hands, and we'll see if we can bring him home this evening.  Having the new pups around might be good therapy for him, and put a little spark in him.

Hope Bobbie gets to feeling better!

Springer seems to be doing fine and not bothering his leg, so he'll be back to normal very soon.

The pups are something else!!  They have every toy in the doggie toy basket dragged out in the den and are of course always wanting the same toy, just 'cause the other one has it.  Potty training is going well thus far, but the back yard is big and new to them, so they won't get far from me or Suzanne.  Since they are not little bitty, they have some control now, so are doing fine.  They are jumping jacks!!  Like they've got springs on their feet.  Fearless, and solid as two concrete blocks.

Springerrrrrrrrrrr!
Vet called yesterday with Springer's histopathology results.  Low grade mass cell tumor.  Margins were large and clean.  Tumor was in close proximity to the lymph node in the hock region, but there was no evidence of nastiness in that area.  It may or may not rear it's ugly head again.  We know lymph systems from years gone by, and both Boxers get a good once over every day.  Ever Vigilant!!!  Stitches out next Friday.

Springer is pretty much............Springer.  Doesn't appear to be letting his wound bother him too much.  Not paying it any mind lately.  Right now he is do a really good impression of a couch slouch.   ;D

awesome news Henry!

My Lab, Lucy was spayed Wednesday.  She's torn the lampshade up and we have it secured with duct tape now, makin her into a redneck dog.......  It's gotta hold for another 10 days until the stitches come out.  Good thing I bought the good stuff.....

Here's a few pics of the new Australian Terrier pups...5 months old, so the feathering on the legs and around the neck, plus the topknot is not in yet.  They are currently about as big as they will get...may grow another 1/2" tall, and put on 2 or 3 more pounds each.

Here's Rider (Midnight Rider)

These guys are littermates, so stick together all the time, and when they play, it is serious business...Tango is a ball of fire.  I think she thinks she can take Rider, but he's bigger/stronger, so there will be a time when he lets her know that.  She is the more vocal of the two as well, though these dogs are not yappy at all.

Walking a dead tree laying in the yard...most of my back yard is "natural", so they are having a big time exploring the 1/2 acre plus that is fenced.
