I think I know the answer but just to confirm, did the 2007 SE Springer come equipped (or was later modded through product update) with the rear cylinder cut-out option that 2008 and newer models were given?

Being a "cable throttle" bike , you can only toggle on/off the EITMS system when reflashing the ECM

You need an original Screamin Eagle race tuner or a later TTS or a later Supertuner to do that as a privateer

OR the dealer can do it

On later DBW bikes , some you can activate/deactivate the EITMS from the handlebars I do believe

I toggle it "off" on all of my bikes and those of all my friends.

Just my opinion of course !

Thanks for the reply. I have an SE tuner so will check to see if it's turned on or off right now and adjust based on local riding conditions.
