Thanks for all the nice replies. This thing has taken on a life of it's own--I planned on posting a couple of pics a day---someone early on said to post lots of pics---the real problem is I have trouble choosing the best ones.  It takes a couple of hours each night to sort and post.  But it keeps me out of the bars---haven't turned the TV on yet.  A friend gave me the series of Game of Thrones---I'm into the second season and have watched a few on the trip---still don't really know what's going on---but I'll watch a whole show for those special two minutes

I know the voices will return someday. This trip has allowed me to relax and just be in today.  Today I had a lot of serenity. I called for a motel reservation at Dease Lake in two days.  She asked what date and I said “I don’t know, what day is it today? I’m beginning to lose track of which day it is (tues, wed?)  I miss my family, my 4 year old granddaughter, the girls at the office, and my black Lab, Toby.  You decide the order----I’m not going there.

Maybe tomorrow it will be sunny and you won’t have to listen to my “thinking”

That's when you know the trip was exactly what you needed to clear the cobwebs.

DAY 15---Perfect Day---early start 500 miles of which 350 were twisties and sweepers---the scenery was just like yesterday, so I won't bore you with more pics---had spotty rain sprinkles to 5 min showers on/off all day. I was the only thing on the road--worked on my turns at speed--increasing my sight distance--working nicely.  At the end of the Cassiar Highway is a T intersection---the start of civilization--it's like you go through a curtain from wilderness to the world. Towns every 40 miles, people, cars, traffic.  A mile back--nothing.  Time and distance are meaningless---100 miles is almost there
