lengthening shock length FXR 3

The low(short) rear suspension  on this bike leaves much to be desired.Has anyone increased the length of shocks?Was there much increase in ride quality?Did it change handling characteristics?

I removed the Fox shocks and hung them on the wall.  I installed Bitubo shocks!   :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21:
