FYI

Some of us members, choose not to always wear a helmet in states where there are no requirements

Having spent 4 years in Iowa City, a locale slightly warmer than Clear Lake, I can attest to how cold it gets in that area.  Interesting product.

Go to link and check were you can go hat less. VA did not pass the law to go hat less or the dropping of the 3 points for not wearing one and opting for a $25 fine (with no pionts for not wearing one no matter how many places you are stoped) .
