First try with a Heidenau K65

 I recently had some real bad issues with my bike and the way it was chewing up my rear tires.  With the outstanding assistance of HDBrad03 we corrected the major problem by installing a GlidePro swingarm bushing kit and front motor mount, and realigned the motor on the frame.  Before I brought the bike over to Brads I had installed a new rear tire. (again, 3rd one in two years)  The tire I bought this time is one I have not only never used but never heard of before.  It is the Heidenau K65 series, the size I put on my 2000 SERG is 130 / 90 / 16  .   I was sold on this tire by the presentation of the salesman and hoped that he wasn't just BS - ing me to make a sale.  I have since put about 800 Kilometers (500 Miles)and so far everything the salesman claimed is in fact real.  It rides very smooth and corners like a crotch rocket. (well a 900 lb crotch rocket anyway)  I'm sure most of that would be because of the GlidePro Kit but I am still impressed with this new brand of tire so far.  I have attached a review I found on line and it looks like a favorable review for a relatively inexpensive tire.

I just bought tires but I am glad to hear of more quality options.

What is the load rating on these?
I have found relatively sparse info on the brand though they are apparently fairly known in the UK and have been seen mostly in the adventure/off-road markets.

OK, here I go opening myself up for a kick in the teeth. Load range or toad range........same difference to me. I will NEVER pass up a good deal on a tire because of 50 - 75 lbs difference in load range. I know, its going to kill me one day. Well it better hurry because after 51yrs of riding, old age is in the lead!
