Just wondering on if its been done before, handling and is it worth it? Thought it would look alot nicer but don't want to give up ride or handling.

it will change the handling

typically you need to change stem rake or rockers to keep the geometry proper - its probably much more expensive to alter springers than tube front ends and fewer companies have the tools to re machine stems

better or worse is somewhat subject to opinion - do what you want post pictures
