Ya gotta quit watching it so late half asleep, all of the episode names had at least one meaning  :drink:

One of the things I liked about the show in the last several years was that they were mostly more then a single hour time slot. Every episode gave us at least an hour of content, good or bad.
My ole @$$ has to DVR it and watch it the next day... 0500/0530 comes early for my ole behind I need my sleep. :D :D

I'm doing the same up time, but only on the 24 of the 72 day.

I always DVR my stuff.
1st, I can't stand the commercials
2nd, my hearing has been federalized enough that I frequently have to hit the 6 second replay
3rd, I almost always fall asleep in the middle and have to jump back or jump forward form the beginning  ::)

yeah, the best part of the dvr is ability to skip commercials.  esp. on the 'extended' episodes of sons this season.  seems they added 5 minutes of show and 25 minutes of commercial.

plus, there's been more than a few times that i've had to hit replay and go back far enough to turn on the closed captioning so i could actually figure out wtf chibs just said  :2vrolijk_21:

Thankfully my 'significant other' has terrific hearing, so I can always ask her for a rehash if she's in the room - lol. Between SOA and Monday/Thursday night football I have been feeling a bit sleep deprived though.

Did anyone notice that Juice had a bike article in the January Easy Rider? Looks like the show converted him into real scooter trash...

Final chase where Jax died was recorded on an old piece of highway no longer used in Castaic, CA.

Dead ends in a state park and only one property exits to this road.

Some great off road riding right there.

Does anyone know the real name/address of the Teller-Morrow building? Its value might have increased from a crap piece of property to something someone may now want to own now.

Finally in the last episode they show Jax walking and he actually has worn boots on instead of his normally pristine white tennis shoes! First time ever I noticed him wearing boots.  I cannot recall ever seeing him  get off his bike without clean white tennis shoes. I don't really care about his footwear one way or another, and I liked the show, but I couldn't help notice. I have been riding since 1968. All my boots got dirty, or even tennis shoes for that matter. Just sayin' CAHDBIKER

I think there was a message in that too... going out as a " (real) biker" (IE: what we perceive to be proper attire for a biker). I'm sure his Dad never rode that bike w/white tennis shoes on. :nixweiss:

i think it's much simpler than that.  in the opening, they show jax looking at his bloody tennis shoes and throwing them away.  with all the 'errands' he had to run, having a lot of blood on his shoes might attract attention

Wasn't the first time he's gotten his tennis shoes "bloody" but in the past he's always had a fresh/clean pair to put on. :nixweiss:

He offed himself partly because he was out of a fresh pair of new white tennis shoes?

Yeah there is something to be said for a good pair of riding boots. In the prior episode Jax had developed a limp, the cause of which never developed. However, after throwing out the white tennies and sporting his riding boots the limp no longer was evident. Although, maybe the cure for him being limp, or the cure for a limp, could have something to do with him and Wendy wrinkling the sheets the night before...just saying.
