CVO service manual?
« on: September 26, 2014, 11:27:23 PM »

Picking up my new 2014 CVO Limited next week and putting together a list of stuff to order. As to the service manual, is there one for the CVO limited or is there one for the limited that covers the limited?  Thanks and a part number if someone has it available.

I bought them for my CVO Limited.  The CVO part of it is a supplement for the regular touring service manual.  You can go on Kutter's site for the part numbers.

There are four manuals for a CVO.

1.  The 2014 Touring Model Service Manual
2.  The 2014 CVO Limited Supplement
3.  The 2014 Electrical and Diagnostics Manual
4.  The 2014 CVO Limited Parts Manual

I don't have the part numbers, but your dealer should.  The H-D website used to list them, but a check this morning didn't pull up anything later than 2011.  They really need some help with that online parts and accessory site.

The important manuals IMHO are the first 3.  The parts manual is good to have, but you can find the part numbers for your bike on one of the online sites like Ronnie's H-D or Granite State H-D.  The CVO supplement manual just covers the things that are unique to the CVO that aren't covered in the big shop manual.

The p/n for the service manuals should be in your owner's manual - at least it was for my '12.  But double check because one of the numbers listed was incorrect!  The info was listed near the back of the owner's manual in the maintenance scheduling section.
