Passenger footpegs
« on: October 02, 2014, 07:48:20 PM »

Has anyone comeup with a way to keep the foot pegs up without dropping down?  I have taken them off and bent the bimetal washer a little more, but they will still come down after a ride.

Have not had that problem with this bike, previously I had that problem and just replaced the washer spring.

I solved the problem with Harleys chrome foot peg bolts and acorn nuts and torqued it enough so the foot peg doesn't drop.  You still need the spring washer left in.
