CVO horn cover
« on: January 13, 2015, 03:16:50 PM »

I have the "Orange Crush" 2014 FLHRSE
I just thought the stock horn cover seemed too plan for a CVO so I made my own!
Air Wing horn cover part#69167-02A (it's chrome and would look good that way too but I powder coated mine black to match other accessories)
Screamin Eagle 110 medallion part #29899-06 (this is designed for the airwing Air cleaner but fits the horn cover perfectly like it was made for it)

I promise to post on bike but it's 20 degrees out right now and I don't feel like pulling bike out!

Powder coat was only about $10
(I had about 10 items done for $100)
I am blessed with a pro who whenever he shoots black for someone else's big project shoots anything I ask him for dirt cheap
His work is always mirror finish without the'orange peel' look like so many others
A picture mounted on the bike coming soon

Great idea. I've seen some nice custom jobs for up to $400, but this is a nice alternative. I'm not sure I want to plunk down a few hundy for a horn cover. This is what this forum is for.
