Compensator Time Help???????

2011 CVO Roadglide, starting to get the clunk out of the primary during start up, so its time to replace the Compensator.  I'm in the process of doing some more engine upgrades to get the 120tq 120HP..... What compensator do you all recommend????
Has SE redesigned them to date, is baker worth the big bucks? or will a BDL one work.......any input would be appreciated.....
I'll have another post re; my engine issues.....not getting the numbers I expected ....

I just put in the latest SE comp 42200064a.
It has significant changes to its oiling design, I think it will likely be a good one.
I watched the threads everywhere on the Baker and I sure haven't seen many glowing reports.
Be sure to install the plastic oiling tray.

Btw: the glue for the tray is
1. Not included and
2. Stupid expensive.
I asked my dealer what they would charge glue it if I carried in the cover. Nothing!
They glued it for *free* and I didn't have to purchase fifty bux worth of glue.

There are cheaper sources for the glue as well.

I have not heard of any complaints with the Bake compensator. I installed the Baker unit with the manual adjuster. I took the adjuster out and replaced it with the SO Hot Bikes hydraulic tensioner. So far I am very pleased. When installing the Baker on a 13 or later bike you must check for clearance from the web HD has in the outer primary. Other then that all of the Techs I talked to like them.

Fit the latest SE comp and also the "compensaver", works great for me, the SE comp on its own will still suffer from lack of lubrication
to the ramps and spokes, Can`t say about the Baker unit have heard good things but also a few comments on lack of lubrication, the BDL unit from what I have read about does not provide enough shock protection to the Crank!

The only issue I have heard with the Baker Comp. Was early on, a few people were running them with after market clutches and running only 16oz. of various types of fluid. My Baker Comp has about 1000 miles on it. I had a new crank and lower end rebuilt with S&S parts and the builder said the Comp looked fine and we choose to reuse it. So we will see how it holds up with the added TQ. & HP.
As for glue. I know a number of people that have used JB-Weld and it has held up without issues.
Personally I would call a Dealer and see if they would glue those parts in for you.
