Generally EPA complaint canned maps are too lean and not too rich, but that shouldn't have much effect on this situation.

As others have noted, Twin Cam oil pressure can drop very low when returning to idle when very hot.  Seems to be inherent to the design, even with the improved oil pumps.  Can't be too good for the engine, but with that said, mine has done this and still runs tip top with no oil blowby or remarkable loss of compression.

I am running the EPA stage 1 SE street tuner map with street tuned update... I only have SE slip-on and SE backing plate for now until my esp runs out. It runs out in spring but will mostly like wait until this winter. I have a supertrapp Supermeg and power vision waiting. Looking into cams.
Wouldn't the EPA map be lean not rich...

Lean creates excessive heat, not rich.  Rich in fact has a cooling effect.
