Took a nice ride with the wife this AM then came home and had the munchies....saw my 84 year old Grandfather yesterday who still plants a killer garden every year. Tomato's, Sweet Onion and Jalapeno's became this:

I've recently posted pictures of elk (more to come in the next few weeks) and now salsa and chips. My wife is really thinking I've lost some marbles up top.

Keith, just gimmee a spoon, a cold beer, and a place to sit down and I'd make that entire bowl of salsa disappear quick, fast, and in a hurry.  That stuff looks great!    The chips look great too, but I like to eat salsa with a spoon.....one of those big mess hall spoons.......like an entrenching tool.  Renea grew up some yella 'maters and peppers, and should be startin' in on a batch or twelve of salsa next weekend.  Just like pickles, I eat the stuff by the jar.  YUM!
