Trip to London
« on: December 15, 2005, 01:33:09 PM »

I am planning a trip to London next year and wondered if anyone over there have directions to the local Harley_Davidson shops.  And any other interesting places to see while I am there (4 days plus 2 travel days).  Thanks in advance.

while I am there (4 days plus 2 travel days).

That is not enough time............

That said, the only dealer I hit (and the first dealer that I actually saw an all black night train, my first choice)
was

Surrey HD
285-293 High St
Dorking

The T-shirts are cool "Dorking", 18-22 pounds at the time (06-2004).
The scenery out to the dealer was gorgeous and along the way back we hit a little pub for lunch and refreshments.

I stayed with friends for 12 days, so we had transportation and local knowledge, which really helps.

Skip any pubs with the "Authentic English Pub" signs, they ain't!

Best of all - you don't tip
