I've been following this helmet.   They will start taking orders next Monday.  I'm not sure the cost but I'll assume it's high. What it does is amazing.

I have never owned a fullface helmet.  Do they fog up in rain?  I dont know how they wouldn't with all of your breath on the inside?

Some less than others and there is a spray or wipe that you can put on the shield that helps. Only time its as issue is when you stop and get no air flow. I usually just flip the shield to the first position to get some air in then close it once I get moving.

I ride with my face shield up 99.9% of the time.  I like the increased air flow.

Thats one of the reasons I buy modular helments (shark evo 3). Its a great helment, chin bar flips all the way back. Its just a little heavy and not the best airflow. But its great in weather or long trips.

Just to be clear, chin bar is always down and face shield is up.  I like the modulars because I can take my helmet off without removing my glasses.

When it rains I flip the face shield partly down and keep the rain off my glasses.

I've had the Shoie Synchrotech, Multiech and now the Neotech. By far the Neotech is the best helmet made for under $600. Increased airflow and the anti-fog shield are lifesavers.

The Neotech includes the Pinlock system, pretty much fog proof.

Just ordered a Shoei Neotec I am concerned about one thing, will I still be able to hear the radio? I know when I wear ear plugs they knock out much of the traffic, road, and wind noise and the radio seems clearer. Is that the case?

Thanks
