They have a fantastic suspension system, makes for a great smooth drive

Thats what he always told me, I also remember something strange about the steering wheel and column.

Memories a friend bought one in 1983 , near the end of production i had a drive to try the umberella type gearstick, push,pull,twist etc. We were carried away with the eccentric design and clean forget about 2 lunch plates we had put on the roof whilst looking around until we took a roundabout at speed to experience the lean at which point two plates complete with ham sandwiches exit left off the roof !!!!! Laugh just a bit , even more when my wife came to the driveway back home  to collect the plates.
