Here is what it looks like with a 4" drop in the rear to level it.

I also have done the following mods...

Superchips Flashpaq #1815
AFE Stage II Cold Air Intake
Got Rid of the Stickers - Stealth Look, Just The Chrome Badges

Not bad for Momma's Grocery Getter.

Michael, those both look fantastic! [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif] I really like the stealth look. How did you get the stripes off? Heat gun?

Ancient Chinese Secret!!!!

Stick yout fingernail under the edge and pull!

Only advice is to pull slow & steady so the decal doesnt tear and give you a frustration headache.

They will come right off.

Do it now, before the paint fades and you can see a tint difference. My wife's came off 2-weekd after getting the truck home. It took me that long to sell her on loozing the "Taco Lookin' Stickers".

Use a swirl remover to get rid of the wax line and your off and runnin.

Do the same for the "Harley Davidson 4x4" on the beds of the Super Dutys!!!!

OK, now on to the lowering kit.

Ground Force Lowering Shackles $80
2"-3" Adjustable
I used the lowest mounting point and removed the factory 1" block.

If you tow at all, leave the block in.

If you tow moderate weight, use the 2" hole.

The GF kit comes with shims to correct pinion angle too.

Nice kit. POLY bushings, etc.

Install tip....When installing the bushings, grease them well. No Squeaks. DO NOT USE PETROLEUM GREASE!!! Regular wheel bearing grease will eat ployurethane. Use a silicone based grease, i.e. Die-Electric.

Jorge and Michael, I am afraid that there is simply no THERAPY known to mankind that will help you two.  Only 2 comments:
1. the worst OCD I have seen  ;) and
2. the most tolerant, accepting wives I've heard of  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

the rest of us can only dream and  [smiley=drink.gif]

Buy the kit from Summit Racing online.

All you need are the basic backyard mechanic tools, floor jack and jackstands. Do not forget the [smiley=drink.gif] the truck handles excellent. The kits brings the center of gravity down and back a bit. Corners outstanding for a truck. I wouldnt want to race my wife thru a corner with my Super Duty.

Hey Jorge, when taking the decal/stickers off the truck, it'll help a lot to have it really hot in the sun or use a heat gun.  That's what most body shops do to take 'em off.  Peels right off then.  :) spyder

Something in mind to replace????

The only thing that comes to mind is...the "Harley Davdison" raised chrome letters that come on the 07s.

Am I right? Do I win? What's my prize? [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif]

I like the raised letter too...

However, I am a detailing freak!!!! I like the smooth clean look, nothing for the microfibers to catch on.

So I'm torn about putting them on the wifey's truck. [smiley=nixweiss.gif]
