Title: Recommendations? comm setup for group touring bike rental through Eaglerider?

Looking for suggestions. I'm part of a group of 8 - 2-up riders doing a EagleRider Tour. We've rented Electraglides from Seattle to San Fran via Columbia Gorge, Crater Lake, PCH and Napa. Most of us have CVO Ultras at home but with wired headsets (pre-M8). Looking for advice on a simple comm setup between pass and rider plus bike to bike with 7 or 8 bikes that would work with these rented bikes. Most of us wear half helmets. EagleRider doesn't rent comm setups.

I was thinking that HD's half helmet BT setup might serve but its got such terrible ratings. https://www.harley-davidson.com/stor...08-76000835--1

Any other recommendations that might serve a group this size on rented touring bikes that would work with half helmets?
