2005 CVO Fat Boy, Fender rack?

I'm in the process of replacing the stock seat with a custom solo.  I would like to mount a solo fender rack on the rear fender, so far no luck.  Anyone tried this?  Any suggestions?  Local dealership can't provide side
bolts for the seat---they think its metric, any ideas?
